This urban infill project in the heart of San Francisco takes a sweeping modern and minimalist aesthetic approach to a light-flooded space, featuring an entirely glazed back elevation featuring views over the stunning bay. A sculptural staircase, often a hallmark of Dumican Mosey projects, links the five stories together, while throughout the space warm woods and restrained textures bring a sense of spa-like sophistication to this primary residence.
